All shipments are made via U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you wish, please email info@magpierings.com to request rush service for an additional charge. Please note risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon Magpie Rings' tender of goods to the US Postal Service.

for orders up to $250	$ 5 shipping
for orders $250 - $500	$ 8 shipping
for orders $500 - $750	$12 shipping
for orders $750 - $1000	$15 shipping
for orders $1000 and over	$18 shipping

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within ten (10) days from the date of its receipt. Please send an email to info@magpierings.com to notify us of your exchange. Send jewelry in its original packing materials and include a note specifying the piece or size you would prefer. Please obtain delivery confirmation and include a check or money order for $5.00 to cover additional shipping and handling. (This does not iapply to pieces exchanged due to damage or company error).

Refunds will not be granted.

 

CARE OF JEWELRY

Keep your jewelry in a clean, dry place such as a fabric-lined jewelry box or wrapped in a soft piece of cloth. Store pieces individually so they do not scratch one another and keep away from direct exposure to sunlight and air.
   Avoid bringing jewelry into contact with perfume, hairspray or harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine. It is best to put jewelry on last while getting dressed and to remove while washing hands, performing housework, swimming, or engaging in other strenuous activity.
  Over time, silver, and to a lesser extent, gold, will tarnish with exposure to air, chemicals, and oils in the skin. Pieces are best cleaned using a soft cotton cloth or felt (or, if necessary, a soft-bristled eyebrow brush) with mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water. Be very careful not to dislodge any stones or wires. Rinse pieces thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing. For best results, clean pieces periodically and handle with care!

Note: Do not use tissue paper or paper towel for cleaning, as their fibers can result in scratching. Be cautious if using commerical cleaners, as many can cause damage to certain semi-precious stones.
